This project involved a staged refurbishment of the Services Australia premises in Liverpool, comprising a 2400m2 fitout. The works required demolition of existing workstations, partitions, flooring, ceilings and kitchen.

The refurbishment works were delivered over 4 consecutive weekends, working within the confines of stakeholder requests to minimise the impact of works to business operations. This required significant resource planning and coordination to effectively deliver the works within the construction program.

Baseline managed to accommodate works within the original construction program, including bespoke timber panelling, external signage and feature wall signage, whilst accommodating additional client requests.
