RAAF Glenbrook Building Works involved refurbishment of the heritage significant Officers' Mess, four Live-In-Accommodation blocks and the Pool House at RAAF Glenbrook.
Baseline led a team of specialist subcontractors to refurbish the original art deco building, bringing it up to modern standards including installation of a new commercial kitchen and new air-conditioning system. In the process, Baseline completed hazmat remediation and refurbishment of over 200 heritage windows and doors.

The Oasis Mess project involved internal and external upgrades of a tired 1960's building. The external fabric was brought up to modern environmental standards with replacement of the roof and windows. Interior works included major services upgrades, refurbishment of the commercial kitchen and new finishes throughout. Baseline worked closely with stakeholders to ensure that historic artworks were safely handled, stored and reinstated in the refurbished space.

The STP project is highly varied and required a number of specialist technical trades. Works include electrical infrastructure upgrades such as MSB and DBs, as well as hazmat remediation, refurbishment of electric motors and gearboxes, concrete remediation, polyurea membrane works and relining of effluent ponds.

Planning and communication were critical in completing the works at HMAS Waterhen. Baseline worked closely with base stakeholders and industry to develop a program that navigated unprecedented supply chain issues without negatively impacting ongoing Defence operations. Works packages included fire services and compliance upgrades, workplace fitouts, new steel balustrades and roof replacement.
