Baseline delivered the pilot floor for Chartered Accountant’s (CA) new workplace on Erskine Street in Sydney’s CBD. The fitout had a strong design aspiration with high-quality finishes and fittings throughout. Additionally, CA’s operational requirements necessitated spaces with a high level of physical and acoustic security. Attention to detail and knowledge of technical standards were essential in meeting the project’s functional and aspirational brief.
