The Baseline risk management approach is to focus on the High Risk activities being undertaken on our projects, for this we have established a comprehensive set of standard safety requirements to effectively manage these risks

The Baseline High Risk standards have been developed in an easy to understand format providing a step by step process from Pre-Construction Planning - Contractor Requirements - Pre Activity Review - Activity Approval - Activity Monitoring - Activity Completion

Our Controls utilise the hierarchy of controls to provide risk mitigations from Eliminate - Substitute - Isolation - Engineering - Administration - PPE

By adhering to these requirements, we aim to safeguard all stakeholders who we interact with on our project, and achieve excellence in safety management
