Awaba House

The project involves restoring the heritage listed building, following a devastating fire in 2019. While key heritage elements will be retained, the structure will undergo complete interior and exterior refurbishment and a contemporary extension will be added, creating a new function centre for the local community.

The project involves challenging construction elements such as a post-tensioned off-form concrete roof and curved rammed earth walls.
