Revitalisation of an iconic heritage building, creating a new cultural hub for the local community.

Baseline delivered a major project at Awaba House following a devastating fire in 2019. The original structure received a complete interior and exterior refurbishment and a contemporary extension was added, creating a new function centre for the local community. 

The project involved challenging construction elements such as a post-tensioned off-form concrete roof and curved rammed earth walls.
