Baseline was engaged to deliver upgrades and improvement works to the Coolum State School Prep Block, including asbestos remediation and controlled demolition adjacent to operational school spaces. The scope included new joinery, electrical and lighting upgrade works, HAZMAT removal, painting, joinery, and services installation.

Baseline worked closely with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors to restructure the program, simultaneously minimising disruption to the School and exceeding original program dates by 6 weeks.
