Loreto Kirribilli

This complex project delivered contemporary learning spaces along with new administration and staff facilities at Loreto Kirribilli. The ECI process enabled buildability insight, program certainty and cost efficiency to be embedded from the outset, despite the challenges of delivery in a live environment and a highly compressed timeframe.

Following demolition, latent conditions required structural redesign, with Baseline collaborating closely with consultants to implement real-time solutions aligned with design and compliance requirements. 

Delivered over a critical holiday period, coordinated industry mobilisation and extended hours enabled achievement of Practical Completion and a successful Term 1 handover.
