TAFE ARP State-wide Roofing Works

Baseline is engaged by TAFE NSW under a rolling contract to design and deliver roofing upgrades as part of their Asset Renewal Program (ARP). We are currently in our fourth iteration of the contract and, to date, have completed design at 44 and delivery at 29 campuses.

Baseline has continually refined our ARP works process to increase safety, quality and efficiency. We have leveraged digital technology to facilitate concurrent, multi-site delivery across regional NSW, tailoring our approach to each campus while maintaining efficiency and consistency.
