RAAF Glenbrook Building 48

Baseline worked with Cushman and Wakefield to undertake the design and construction of refurbishment works at RAAF Glenbrook Building 48. The scope of works covered complete finishes and amenities upgrades, services replacement, modernisation of the commercial kitchen and accessibility compliance. Baseline’s design celebrated the characteristics of the original mid-century building whilst enhancing a sense of light and space. Significant HAZMAT remediation was also necessary, requiring complete replacement of ceilings throughout the building.
