Planning and communication were critical in completing the works at HMAS Waterhen. Baseline worked closely with Base stakeholders and industry to develop a program that navigated unprecedented supply chain issues without negatively impacting ongoing Defence operations. 

Works packages included fire services and compliance upgrades, workplace fitouts, new steel balustrades and roof replacement.
