RAAF Richmond CEPS

The RAAF Richmond CEPS upgrade involved the replacement and modernisation of the Base’s end-of-life emergency power systems, electrical works and fuel supply system. The project required planning and management of 20 high complexity shutdowns, including coordination with over 150 stakeholders. 

Baseline conducted a full dilapidation, developed structural scope items, and delivered a new backup power system with load bank testing. Extensive planning and after-hours work ensured minimal disruption, with multiple NODs and deconfliction efforts aligning power outages with ongoing site operations.
