RAAF Richmond Officers Mess

Baseline’s scope for the Officer’s Mess Refurbishment covers a broad range of tasks to restore an important heritage structure to its original grandeur.

Major rectification works were undertaken to address a host of issues such as rising and falling damp, mould infestation, lead dust and other HAZMAT. Additionally, the original terracotta roof was replaced including new copper rainwater goods. Finally interior works, currently in progress, will be refurbished, including refreshed sleeping accommodation, public spaces and a new commercial kitchen.
