Birkenhead Point Amenities Upgrade

Baseline was engaged under a D&C contract to deliver upgrades to Level 3 amenities, parents room and adult change facilities. The project overcame multiple challenges and latent conditions, revealed as layers of the heritage fabric were peeled back. Working closely with specialist consultants, Baseline developed custom solutions that seamlessly integrated with the design intent.

Design was developed from concept to completion by Baseline’s in-house design team including design development, coordination, detailing, wayfinding and compliance.
