SMSJ Catholic Primary School

Baseline was engaged to deliver upgrades and refurbishment works to St Mary–St Joseph Catholic Primary’s existing buildings spanning three General Learning Areas (GLAs), Library, Art Room, and the School Administration block, along with access and amenity modifications to additional GLAs and ancillary areas of the school, and new main school entry works. The scope included controlled demolition and HAZMAT remediation, fitout and external improvements, services installation and landscaping.
