This scope of work involved a minor refurbishment of general office and warehouse areas including ceiling and wall repair, painting, new flooring, and concrete remediation.

A portion of Scope was a D&C outdoor awning demo and replacement over stakeholder breakout area to replace canvas cover. Baseline took this design from concept through to endorsement and construction with our internal design team leading the process working closely with the stakeholders and clients for endorsement, Baseline were praised on the detail in submission for design review.
