Reddam House

Baseline delivered the full design and construction of upgraded staff and teaching facilities at Reddam House, Woollahra. The project scope included refreshing leadership offices with a design that reflected the school’s brand and values while integrating seamlessly into the existing heritage interiors.

Teaching spaces were reconfigured through the introduction of new walls and operable partitions, providing flexible layouts to support varied learning styles. Works also included the installation of a new concrete roof membrane and associated finishes to improve durability and performance.

The project was delivered under an accelerated program, with all works completed during school holidays to minimise disruption to students, staff and daily operations.
