We have a two-year journey designed to give you a solid (and flexible) start in the construction industry.

You’ll get loads of hands-on experience in different areas - like working on-site, managing contracts, planning projects, or even safety auditing - so you can figure out what suits you best. In the end, the direction you take is totally up to you.

Four rotations, each lasting six months

Flexibility
Baseline Grads can shape their own path through a mix of core and elective rotations

Across all rotations, graduates are expected to develop competencies in:

Construction Management
Understanding construction methodology, site visits, risk mitigation and management

Contract Administration & Financials
Subcontractor management, budgeting, reporting

People Management
Stakeholder engagement, communication, team collaboration

Quality
Document control, audits, defect management

Reporting
Project updates, HSEQ reporting

Entry Requirements

To apply, candidates must

Be Australian citizens (due to Defence sector work)

Be studying or have graduated within the last 12 months from:

Bachelor of Construction Management or Project Management
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
Bachelor of Architecture
